One Company, Three Ways to Work With Us

Everything about Lemberg lives on this site — what we haul, what we drive, the systems we run on and the people who pick up the phone. Pick the door that fits you.

Shippers & Brokers

You have freight to move. We are an asset-based carrier with our own trucks, our own drivers and live tracking you can see.

What we move

Truckload Freight, Handled by One Company

We are a carrier, not a broker. When you book a load with us, it moves on a Lemberg truck with a Lemberg driver — so there is one party responsible from pickup to delivery. Dry van is our core; open deck, reefer and LTL move through our owner-operator capacity.

OTR Dry Van Truckload

Full truckload dry van service in all 48 states. Standard 53' equipment for palletized and floor-loaded general freight.

  • No hazmat, no temperature-controlled loads
  • Live load / live unload and drop trailers
  • Appointment-based pickups and deliveries

Dedicated & Contract Capacity

Committed trucks on your recurring lanes with agreed weekly volume, so your planners stop re-sourcing the same freight every Monday.

  • Fixed weekly capacity on named lanes
  • Contract rates instead of spot exposure
  • Named dispatcher on your account
How it works

Drop-and-Hook & Trailer Pools

Trailers staged at your dock so loading runs on your schedule and drivers are not sitting in your yard waiting on a door.

  • Trailer pools at high-volume facilities
  • Preloaded outbound, live inbound
  • Fewer detention hours on both sides

Why shippers stay

Asset-Based Means Nobody Re-Brokers Your Load

Every load we accept moves on equipment we own, driven by a driver on our payroll, tracked by our own dispatch desk in East Dundee.

  • One DOT number since 2012. No re-registrations, no reinvented company names.
  • Company drivers and vetted owner-operators running under our own authority.
  • ELD tracking on every truck, with location updates pushed to you, not requested by you.
  • 24/7 dispatch. A breakdown at 2 a.m. is our problem to solve, not your inbox's.
  • Certificate of insurance on request, issued directly by our agent.
  • 3,500+ miles per truck every week. Our equipment is moving, not sitting — which is why we can usually say yes to a load on short notice.

Fleet & equipment

Late-Model Trucks, Maintained Before They Fail

Our fleet is built around newer trucks and 53' dry van trailers on a preventive maintenance schedule — because a truck that breaks down mid-lane is a missed delivery appointment for you.

  • Model years 2023–2026 — late-model sleeper trucks, cycled out before they become a reliability problem
  • 53' dry van trailers, air-ride, 26 standard pallet positions
  • ELD and GPS on every unit
  • Scheduled PM intervals and pre-trip inspections logged
Coverage

All 48 States, Anchored in the Chicago Market

We run over-the-road, so our trucks are not limited to a region. But our home base in East Dundee puts us inside one of the densest freight markets in the country — which is where our capacity is deepest and our response time is fastest.

  • Home market: Chicagoland, northern Illinois, southern Wisconsin, northwest Indiana
  • ~70% Midwest and South — where most of our capacity sits week to week.
  • 20% East — with one standing exception: we stay out of New York City.
  • ~10% West — served, but not our deepest market.

FAQ

Questions Brokers Ask Us First

Are you a carrier or a broker?+

A carrier. We own the trucks and employ the drivers, and we operate under our own authority, USDOT 2395323. We do not post your freight back to a load board.

What kind of freight do you haul?+

General freight in 53' dry vans — dry food, machinery, paper, packaging, palletized and floor-loaded. Through our owner-operator capacity we also move open deck and reefer freight, and we load LTL. We do not carry hazmat in any placarded class.

Where do you run?+

All 48 continental states, over-the-road, from a home base in Chicagoland. The honest mix: roughly 70% Midwest and South, 20% East, about 10% West. We do not run into New York City.

How quickly can you cover a load?+

Send us the lane and a dispatcher checks available capacity right away. You get an answer either way — including a straight no if we cannot cover it, so you are not left waiting.

Can you send a certificate of insurance?+

Yes. Send your request to [email protected] and our agent issues the COI directly to your compliance contact.
